I'm hosting my family this year for Thanksgiving and before I figure out which side dishes to serve with the turkey, I'm picking my outfit. I think I've found one that is the perfect combination of form and function:

This Black Crepe and Satin top from Evans will let me slave over a hot stove without overheating while still looking cute for family photos after dinner. I'll pair the top with wide legged black pants and then rely on accessories to add a festive touch.


This jeweled headband from Fred Flare is easy to toss on and look special.


These Lela Rose for Payless heels mimic the autumn harvest tones in the headband, without seeming matchy. I love the girly bow detail.
