Outfit in a Hurry

This morning, Dan was racing around getting showered and dressed. His energy was making me feel a little hyper, too, so I found myself getting dressed hurriedly. I paired two of my new favorite pieces together for the first time, with mixed results.



I couldn't decide whether to wear the gray jacket zipped...



Or unzipped. The outfit looks better in person than on film because of the way the dress and jacket swish together when I move.



I had fun wearing red lips yesterday, so went for bright pink today.

  3. It may have been a quick combo, but I like it!

    Also, I need to be better about my lippy color. I put one color on in the morning and while at work just grab one of the 3 tubes in my pencil cup at work and reapply. Granted, they are all pretty neutral so it doesn't much matter.

  5. I've gone back and forth on zipped or unzipped all day, Monique - have finally settled on zipped. Thanks for weighing in!

    Kimberly, I only ever maintain my lipstick if it's a serious color. Otherwise, I put one thing on in the AM and then reapply whatever's handy throughout the day.
