Everyday Bombshell

I went on a girls' get-away with some friends this weekend; we drove to a nearby hotel/casino for a night of drinks, dancing and friendship.  I picked a really comfortable outfit for the car ride up to the Grand Casino in Hinckley, MN.

We had a really fun time dancing in the bar; good thing my knit sweater dress was cozy but not heavy - or I would have had some serious over-heating issues!

This is a new dress that I got from Avenue during their most recent 40% off sale.  It goes just below my knee and will be great for work, nights out, maybe even Thanksgiving.

  4. Hi, I have a question for you. I am thinking about purchasing clothing from "Avenue". Can you tell me is the clothing good quality and true to size? I am thinking about purchasing the sweater dress and a few tops.

  5. Hi Nicole- In my experience, the quality from Avenue can be a little hit and miss. The knit tops that I've purchased there tend to stretch out a lot during the day. However, I love their jeggings and the sweater dress really impressed me. It's well constructed and seems really solid. I hope you have a similar experience!
